Westby School serves 62 students grades K-12 and has a 4-day school week. Additional information on any openings may be obtained by contacting Mr. MacLean, Superintendent, at the school office.

Certified Teachers

• Must be able to meet the qualification of appropriate Montana Certification and Endorsement.

Head Cook

• 9-months per year position (August - May)

• 9 hours/day, Monday - Thursday and the occasional Friday on days in which school is in session

• Responsibilities

  • Preparing, serving, and storing food

  • Creating menus

  • Order supplies

  • Complying with national and state school food program requirements

Activity Bus Driver / Afternoon Route Bus Driver

• $18-22/hour

• The successful applicant may also have opportunities to be a substitute route bus and/or activities driver.

• Requirements

  • Class A or B CDL, OR the ability to obtain

  • Endorsements: Passenger (P) and School Bus (S)

  • Ability to pass DOT medical examination

  • Ability to pass a Background Check

  • 21+ years of age
